ONLINE ORDERING
You can order online by completing the Quantity Box or indicating what fabric metre you require or how many fat quarters you may want and then clicking on "add to cart" on the products you wish to purchase. With your security being important to us and also with our credit Card processing not meeting the PCI DSSrequirements on this site we will no longer be able to accept Credit Card details at the time of ordering. This does not mean that you can not pay by Credit Card but that I will ring you for your details .

It is important that you provide your telephone contact number on the order form . I am re designing the Tulis Textiles wesite early in the new year and paying by card on the shopping Cart will become available again.


PAYMENT METHODS
If paying by cheque allow five working days for the funds to clear before the order is sent. Offline bank transfers and cheque payments are available only to New Zealand purchasers.

FREIGHT CHARGES
In most cases orders will be filled within 48 hours, provided stock is on hand. If there are any delays I will notify you by email. You will not be charged postage on back orders. Within New Zealand - Packaging and handling on all orders is $4.00 regardless of the $ value of the order. Orders will be shipped NZ Post . Orders will be shipped airmail via NZ Post. International postage - Freight will be charged at actual cost and confirmed by email before the goods are sent. All international parcel orders are shipped International Airmail Postage. Orders over and above NZD $200 will be sent via courier.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders will be confirmed within 48 hours. Email enquiries will be answered promptly.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to me, in the condition they were sent, for a refund or an exchange. Please note: Once packages are opened they can not be returned. Fabric cut from the bolt cannot be returned.
