This class is designed to create original fabrics for your own individual work using leaves from your garden.

We will be creating A4 size mini quilts or a creative Journal cover by mono-printing with Gelli Plates adding highlights with stencils and stamps and finally using foil and Gelatos to add sparkle.Then using stitch to add depth.

We are having a “play day” and each student will have fabrics to take home they can use in their pieced quilts, art quilts and any form of textile creation.

Choosing some pieces created you can  then quilt and add the sparkle, they are suitable to be used as placemats as the colours we are adding is in the form of textile paint.

 

The class is suitable for all levels of creative minds.
