Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to me, in the condition they were sent, for a refund or an exchange. Please note: Once packages are opened they can not be returned. Fabric cut from the bolt cannot be returned.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or a Paypal Account.

If you are a New Zealand resident and wish to pay by internet banking you will need to email details of your order. 
From the 25th of August 2016 payments are processed through Paypal and this option is no longer available via the website. The easiest way to do this is rightclick and copy the website check out details then paste it in an email addressed to me. kerry@tulis.co.nz
Once this is done then click on the X beside to delete the transactions.

Overseas clients can only pay by credit card.
In most cases orders will be filled within 48 hours, provided stock is on hand. If there are any delays of over a week we will notify you by email.

Freight Charges
Please note 

New Zealand Packaging and handling on  orders is $5.50 however if your address is rural delivery then the cost is $9.10 regardless of the $ value of the order. The check out will reflect the greater cost but will be reduced on your credit card charge.Orders will be shipped NZ Post. They will not be couriered so please always complete your postal address.

Within Australia
Packaging and handling on all orders is $10.00 for orders up to $150 and then for orders over $151 airmail postage is $20. If a small item is ordered then the freight will be adjusted.Proceed with the checkout as per the listed cost . A further invoice will be issued to replace and that previous order will be cancelled. Orders will be shipped airmail via NZ Post .If tracking is requested there will be an additional charge.

International postage

Please email  and we will confirm the shipping costs of your order. We do not add extra charges for handling and only charge the cost price for shipping. For a pattern only, shipping for international orders can be as little as $3.00.This will be invoiced by a separate email.

All international parcel orders are shipped International Airmail.

When completing the check out process the amount showing will be the cost less shipping.Payment should be made at this time for the goods and you will be invoiced separately for the shipping cost via email.
